Experience Behind the Equipment

Munkey Industries was founded by Jonathan Allender-Zivic, a designer, educator, trainer, consultant, and entertainment technology professional with more than 20 years of experience.

​

Jonathan's background includes professional and educational theatre, lighting design and technology, system design, training, service, and production. He holds an MFA in Lighting Design & Technology and spent 12 years teaching at the university level before focusing full-time on Munkey Industries.

​

That experience shapes how we approach both equipment sales and systems: we don't just sell the equipment—we understand how it gets used.
